At Pam Pam, we want you to love your new fashion finds, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our team is here to ensure a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pam Pam account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the shipping box and include the printed return slip provided in your email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
